<personal note> I agree fully </personal> :-) But I also
would mention that all the issues noted in the guide are to be
addressed (implemented in some manner) and not merely remembered :-)

'bootstrap' sounds fine to me. That way you are consistent across
_all_ projects.

This I think I'd take-up issue with. We need to see at a min
the '$Id$' tag on the file so that its version is noted. All of
arabeyes' scripts/files have a more elaborate header that we use
as a template.
