AA,
	I laughed so hard when I read the e-mail.  I think there is
copyright in Islam.  I don't want this to turn into a fiqh discussion
though.  As far as the design of the existing Qur'an cover specially the
one from Al-Malek Fahd center of printing the Qur'an, I don't think they
will loose any sleep over copyright of the design.  They distribute the
Qur'an for free for God's sake!
