hmm, maybe it's OSS?
As speex and expat have windows ports AFAIK.

This is great work, thanks very much Damt, I'm now working on
impementing a search-by-root option based on Duali (Thanks M.Elzubier)
After that, I guess, we can make a release.
And, yeah, please commit it if you have no objections.
