OK a quick rough translation for the non-franko speaking :) 

excuse me for writing in French, my English is not that good.  I am
student A the university of Paris13 and I want to develop a solver
(artificial intelligence) in Arabic.  I have the source codes in C and
C++ (working alpha versions).  Codes that I have implemented during my
thesis, and which will be published InshAllah.  I am not a master* of
GTK and ...(I guess he means other GUIS frame tools,.etc), saying that I
am rather  a master of low level code written in C and c++.

(( Behold :) )) Attention, I am not saying that I do not know OOP for
the english-speaking), I have a level, dison( I am not sure what that
is).  If this project interests you, want to contact to me with the
following address:  ( fd At lipn DOT univ-paris13 DOT fr ) to establish
a team, plan a scheme of work, and the project Web page and I can not
commit myself fully at the moment because of time constraints, as I have
to finish my research, but I hope this project will achieve a lot.  To
start, let's choose the name of this software:  I  propose to call it
AD-dakki.(Al-Zakai )
