That's odd.. I just reproduced the error on WinXP. Weird.. I had it working
before I packaged it. I will look further into it. In the meantime, I also
put up the ready-made dictionary db files (duali-data-db.zip) on sf.net
Running it under Cygwin seems to be fine too.

Yeah, that second error is simply because it couldn't find the files to read
to begin with. This is a quick hack, and has little to no error checking in
it ;)
