How about this instead (its ultimatley M.Yousif's call).

quran/
     libquran/
             data/
                 xml/		(known now as text)
                 sound_files/
     qtquran/
             admin/
             src/
             templates/
     gtkquran/
             src/

I would also recommend adding a "$Id$" (CVS header) to the top
of each of the files to keep track of the version numbers, etc
(its really useful to have).
