Akka could not compile

Salam,
When i try to compile akka and when i do ./configure i get the error
message:
config.status: creating src/perl/Makefile.PL
config.status: error: cannot find input file: src/perl/Makefile.PL.in
I think that this means there is a missing file which is
src/perl/Makefile.PL.in but i only find the directory lib in src/perl
I hope that someone help as soon as possible because i need to finish
akka before the release of Haydar Linux 1.0
