I'm assuming the above font-path includes a path noting,
/home/nobo728x/.kde/share/fonts
(it could be a cut-n-paste thing :-)

Here - I'd assume the path should really be ~/.mlterm/font
Also create the following file with the contents noted below
in ~/.mlterm/main (as was stated earlier - check the
'developer' archives)
ENCODING = utf8
fontsize = 20
