OK here is the AR symbol got defined in kxkb, now you don't to have to hold 
the ALT key while writing arabic using the AR symbol..
Next is looking into the issue of the flag used in kxkb, I contacted the 
kde-i18n-doc list about it.. if I didn't get a responce soon I will report it 
as a bug in kcmlayout where the Argantina's flag show beside the Arabic 
Language Choice..
