qtquran installing

i was trying to install qtquran in order to design a new gui for it
libquran installed succefully (after few hours) but the configure script still 
missing in qtquran folder , what shold i do?

and this is my plane to develope the interface
first: separating the gui from the code in a .ui file
second: so that I (or anyone else) can work on the gui without any programing 
experience or changing the code.

anyone have any other planes ? i didn't start yet
