Speex has _really_ amazed me
here is a sample for all of you to compare encoded using
oggenc --quality 10 (....)
speexenc --quality 10 --vbr (....)
from a 32khz stereo WAV
All are available in http://mhdyosuif.hypermart.net/quran/sample
Please check them and tell me what you think about the whole issue,
so I can make the decision to use it (I already modified libquran
to use speex)
