Revitalization of eDara

The eDara project, conceived over three months ago, has to everyone's
misfortune been stalled.  I'd like to propose some changes and re-initiate
a more proactive engagement for us all in the project's progress and would
like to thus propose the following,

 1. Mohammed Yousif, out of shear observation, as of now is in full
    control over the project's direction and fate due to his continued
    work, interest and his ever non-faltering help.  He will be coming
    up with a rough estimate and schedule as time permits (status,
    decisions, etc will all be on this mailing-list).

 2. Mohammed Elzubeir will play a more active role in the technical
    decision making (if needed) and in doling advice and direction
    (again as needed) as well as assisting in coding in order to
    propel and complete eDara ASAP.

 3. A call for help (re-invitation) is, yet again, going out to all
    who are capable of helping (know - php, mysql, html) to join the
    project.

To those that were slated to work on the project, the same reinvention
is made in earnest but with one major shift.  You are all invited to
work on eDara, but a level of seriousness needs to be in place to complete
this seemingly "simplistic" project (please rethink your roles in hopes
of reigniting your lost passion).

Please note - NO negativity or blame is meant in anything being said,
simply put arabeyes.org is a results-oriented project and as such results
are all that matter.  eDara's lack of results and progress screamed for help
and needed assistance and change to better align everyone's interests and
in attaining those results sooner rather than later.  Hope this is clear.
