Salam,

Here's a quick recipe (don't hesitate to ask if you face a problem):

1/ Save the article in PDF (or HTML, or PNG or...).

2/ On sina, 'su arabeyes' and go under 
/home/arabeyes/htdocs/www/download/documents/about/press/

3/ Create a directory under the form of YYYYMMDD.

4/ Copy the article there under the form source-YYYYMMDD.pdf

5/ On the website, login and click on 'Full Administration', then on 'Add a 
Press Release'.

6/ Fill the form and click on Add.

7/ Go to the about page and see if everything is OK. If not, you can always 
'Edit' the press release (have a look at the others press releases to know 
how you should do things).

That's it :-)
