passwd, cvsuser && Co.

Salam,
I tried to add an entry to the passwd file in CVS. That file seems to be
owned by a user 'cvsuser'.
There seems to be lots of files there owned by 'cvsuser, elzubeir', 'nadim'
etc... Aren't we supposed to to chown them (and eventually only use the
account 'arabeyes' to manipulate files there ?).
