Some Bad news and some good news

Hello there...

I am back... man glad to be back home.

I did recieve the IBM server.

The box is damaged. The chassis has takin a beeting and it looks like
the SCSI controller (external connector) is damaged as well as the case
on the back right corner is also busted.  The machine has been dropped
for sure...

I will be trying to boot it today and see if all is functioning.

Nadim: What is the best way to claim this damage. Has the box been
insured. and if it did , were do we claim and when and how ?
