vim-6 patch-files

Mohammed, uploaded your vim files and gave 'em a cursory look.

Mohammed, a couple of questions (which I'm sure Isam will be interested
in as well),

 1. Are your uploaded files against VIM-6.0 (release version) ?
    It didn't look like it to me.  I downloaded VIM-6.0 (release - not
    6.0n or 6.0x) and there were source differences (additions, etc) not
    relating to the Arabic code.  What was it against ?

 2. I'm at a loss to really know what is the current status.  What were
    you able to do with your changes and what was missing (broken, etc).
    In other words, what is working and what is not ? Did you have a list
    of things to do (ie. what's done and what's not) ?
