Arabeyes attends LSM 2005

Arabeyes [1] was cordially invited to the Libre Software Meeting (LSM)
2005 [2] conference held July 5th through July 9th in Dijon, France.
Our community had the great honor to have had Mr. Youcef Rabah Rahal [3]
attend the meeting and represent Arabeyes at the event.  Youcef was
asked to participate in various internationalization (i18n) topics and
ultimately made three full presentations; he has kindly mailed-in
various reports [4] on the event and its proceedings [5].
