Gnats replaces Bugzilla on Arabeyes.org

Salam,

This is to inform you that our bug tracking system has been changed.
We have replaced Bugzilla with Gnats here:
   http://bugs.arabeyes.org/

Here is a short FAQ:

* Do I have to have a username/pass to file a bug report?

No, you don't have to. You can even file a report by emailing
bugs at arabeyes dot org with your report.

* It asks for a username/pass, what is it?

Depends. If you are just passing by, anything. You can even ignore the
password field. However, if you have CVS access then you probably want
to be able to modify existing reports. Use your CVS username and
password to get access.

* Do I have to use the web interface?

No. You can use the gnats user utilities to query, modify and submit
new PR's (Problem Reports). If you are using debian, simply:
  # apt-get install gnats-user

* I got the tools, now what?

Try doing a query using query-pr(1):
  $ query-pr --host bugs.arabeyes.org --port 1529

* So the host is bugs.arabeyes.org and the port is 1529?

Yes, you got that right.

* Okay, where did all the other bug reports go?

All the relevant ones were moved and re-created. Others are gone. Feel
free to re-file it if yours disappeared and you think it is still
relevant.

* One more.. why gnats?

Because Gnats is sueprior. Okay, aside from the general complaints
about bugzilla and the fact that our first bug tracking system was in
fact, Gnats, it is.. well, superior.
