QaMoose ver. 1.4 Released

Arabeyes would like to note the release of QaMoose version 1.4
(http://www.arabeyes.org/download/qamoose/qamoose-1.4.tgz)

QaMoose (http://www.arabeyes.org/qamoose/index.cgi) is
an English-Arabic user-defined dictionary that is meant to be used by
translators and technical writers in order to establish and retain a
consistency in the terms used.

Changes since 1.3:

  + An Arabic virtual keyboard was added (java)
  + Charity note added to license file
