VIM with Arabic Support Ready

The Arabeyes Project (http://www.arabeyes.org/) is proud to announce
that VIM (the text editor) is ready for use. In the words of Nadim, "VIM
and Arabic are VERY usable - go for it!"

Nadim notes that what's left for Arabic in VIM is:

  * Addition of complex character handling
  * Addition of Bidi
  * Incorporation of Arabeyes VIM patches into the VIM main
    trunk
