I'm working on an other project trying to put UTF-8 and Arabic on an
Library management software.
Last time I send them my data to put it on CVS (sourceforge) every utf-8
file became garbage. I think you may know this kind of problem and how
should I ask them to send utf-8 files on sourceforge
