RSS ready

Isam, arabeyes is now offering RSS, you are free to use 'em on OAO and
l4a, etc.  We'll need to add those "#name" tags to the pages so that
the various mid-point news or updates links actually land in the right
place.  Here is Mr. Arafat's results,
