Salam, This should be a simpler one than the finance one. A polling system. Requirements: 2 modes: 1. only registered, logged in and active members can vote. Active members as defined by the list in the 'people' page. 2. anyone can vote closing of poll: - date based - number of votes based only owner of poll can modify it (unless they are of group 'c') then they can edit theirs or anyone else's. This is needed for generic polls as well as when the elections of core happen. This can be done as soon as the finance page is done.
