RSS feeds

I had posted this bug,

in hopes of getting RSS implemented sooner rather than later.
The reason I'm pushing for this (now, although its been in our
heads for eons) is that a new Open Source Arabic Umbrella project
(OpenArabia.org - OAO for short) is coming online soon and it will
be utilizing this feature and we need to make sure to be included
(more details on OAO will follow, but it will not be exclusive to
linux, etc).

The majority of the LUGs already have this done FWIW.

While we await the gettext stuff, could someone look into RSS and
get it implemented and/or estimate when it'll get done (it would
be ideal to have it completed by March 10) ?
