Salam all,

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update.

Basic navigation wrapping is almost done. I was planning on releaseing
the first po file for translation this weekend but ran into something
else.

As discussed in a previous thread, we want to keep the layout of the
site as is. So in order to simplify rtl for arabic text I'm attempting
to simplify the table structure and using div tags for text instead.
That way I can conditionally include an arabic.css with div { dir:rtl }. 

So, tables for structure with embedded divs instead of tables. Switch
dir for arabic to rtl on div, tables stay the same. I'll also set
alignment on divs to right globally. This way top navigation aligns to
right for arabic instead of left as is now.

ps. Youcef, I'm keeping french translation in mind as I do this. Do we
have french translators available?
