Salam,
It depends on what you want to do with an editor, GEdit is a simple text
editor and i use Netbeans for PHP and Java and JEdit for simple changes,
JEdit does not support RTL yet, is there anyone who can fix this?
Netbeans does support Arabic very well, but i have a very small issue
with selecting a text, but as i said it's not a big isue.
