Basically Exim
mailserver (and others too) has a feature where you can set to verify
the sender's email address on the sending mailserver if it does not
exists it will deny the message to help decreasing spam.

I can't send you emails too, I have the following

I have contacted my web hosting provider but they need
some more info to reproduce the problem. Could you tell us how is
configured
your mail server?
