run this command then you can switch from Spanish to Arabic via (Alt
+Shift) keys.
setxkbmap -layout "es,ar" -option "grp:alt_shift_toggle" -option
"grp_led:caps"
I wish this help you, by the way it works fine on ubuntu 6.06.
