For Arabic support just change characters encoding to UTF-8 this make
Arabic must supported :-) , and you can change keyboard layout to
multi-layout "Ar->En" .

it's simple ... use Debian or openSuSE (although it hasn't Arabic
interface but i prefer it for easiest) or Arabian
