Please note the idghaam examples of:

Laam + raa'  => raa' mushaddada

Laam  + laam => laam mushaddada

Nuun + laam => laam mushaddada

Nuun + nuun => nuun mushaddada

Then please also note the difference here (similar to the Pakistani mushaf) 
between Saudi & Maghribi iro idghaam of the nuun with waaw. There is a shadda 
and a sukuun over the waaw in the maghribi mushaf:
