Yes, because in version 0.1a the Arabic texts are _in_ the C++ code
itself. That's why you only have the english.pro (why would it be
needed otherwise?) and french.pro files. The logic is different for
future versions (ie English texts in the code, Arabic and French and
... translations).
I would have been nice to check before posting your message
(compilation/execution/screenshots...)
