install katoob with arabic interface

assalam Aleykom,
I would install Katoob with arabic interface on FC3 fr
installation.
I'am configure, make and install katoob but interface
is not arabic and I can write arabic correctly. note
that I have arabic keyboard and I add arabic font to
fedora.
what is the pb and what I would have????
