sorry for late.
I've tested wxgtk 2.5, it's built against gtk 2.x, that's great.
I'll try to compile any wx* app and test, but it should be fine.
I don't think I can really do the translation, I'm more interrested in providing the ability to display/input arabic correctly than translation. Maybe anyone from arabeyes can jump in ;-)
