Finance PHP page needed

Arabeyes is in dire need for some PHP code developers to not
only upkeep its website but in also adding new functionality
(by submitting patches as everything you'd require - website,
mysql structure, etc are all in our CVS).  We're looking to
revamp our "donation" procedure as we are moving away from
paypal (its a very long story, but the Arabic world is not
an acceptable source for donations according to them) which
means we'll be opening our own bank account.  In order to
open that account, we've self-imposed a requirement of having
a completed "finance" page prior to doing that mainly due to
the need to track our funds and make that entire process
transparent and open.  I've requested this a very long time
ago on the 'admin' list and am now trying a wider audience
to see if anyone would be interested in helping.  Some work
was done in this regard (the entire thing should not take
more than 2-3 days to complete), but was later abandoned.

Do please read this post (and thread) and follow the links
within and report back on the 'admin' list with your
questions/comments and ideas,
