France was looked into (by Youcef) and was deemed too bureaucratic and
difficult, but Germany sounds great (more below).

Michelle, we have Arafat Medini (he's on the list and I'm sure will chime-in)
in Germany and he even suggested that he could take on this little adventure
awhile back on IRC.  Could you and Arafat maybe exchange privately some 
emails or even talk to each other on the phone to settle what needs to be
done and get back to us (who'll do what, when, cost, etc) ?  Using Ms/Mrs
Bukara is an option we ought to reserve for later; it would be best to
have some active long-term Arabeyes members involved such as Arafat and
yourself.

No, we're serious - don't do us any favors on this front until we all
agree on what needs to be done.

Anyone else with ideas/suggestions - anyone in Canada willing to ask ?
