“Handasa Arabia” organization is a community of
volunteer engineers worldwide that addresses the
design of Open Source engineering systems' solutions.
“Handasa Arabia” has been founded by three young
Arabic engineers, hence the Arabic name “Handasa
Arabia “ which stands for “Arabic Engineering” and
states a mission of Arab nation development, but the
essence is maintained to participating in the
development of the “Hi-Tech” (in Arabic figured
:TEQ-3Al) field globally while taking into account the
Arabic language and the Arab world needs.

"Handasa Arabia” is a room for all engineers;
electronics, computer, communication, biomedical,
chemical, aeronautic, etc., to participate in the
“TEQ-3Al” engineering revolution. “Handasa Arabia” is
targeting the technical challenges of the state of the
art engineering industry in order to having a
recognized potential in the “TEQ-3Al” field globally,
while developing members’ expertise, educational
knowledge and technical skills. 

Handasa Arabia is the window of its members on the
world of “TEQ-3AL” addressing research-and-development
activities in design technology and implanting
recognized specialties in all “TEQ-3AL” engineering
proficiencies. For instance,“Handasa Arabia”
electrical engineers' main objective is to design,
reuse and integrate Open HW/SW IP cores under General
Public License (GPL) compatible license, hence
creating a deep commitment to the concept of openness
represented by open-source hardware/software IP cores
that are designed and developed by “Handasa Arabia”
designers worldwide. The same criteria of Open Source
solutions are applicable to the different engineering
departments of “Handasa Arabia”. “Handasa Arabia” aims
to be a destination where the volunteers' engineering
community can demonstrate their potentials in the
“TEQ-3AL” engineering era. 

People are the wealth of “Handasa Arabia”; Engineers
who lack applying their science due to market
limitations would practice what they have been taught
for many years, develop their skills and exhibit their
qualifications in the form of open source projects
rather than being drifted away with the mirage of
false engineering activities. Universities' Professors
would participate with their precious science to be
transferred in the form of on line tutorials, papers,
presentations, consultancy, etc., “TEQ-3AL” companies
would find human resources, researches, new inventions
and innovative projects to be applied, etc., in
addition to supporting and sponsoring according to the
terms of “Handasa Arabia”.

members are all in charge of assembling and
consolidating a robust chain of powerful engineering
qualifications worldwide that are interacting as one
force to spin the wheel of “TEQ-3AL” engineering all
over the world. ”Hanadasa Arabia” believes that
“TEQ-3Al” power is the sun of new horizon and as of
