I dont have windows in my box, can you tell me when can I find the windows
arabic fonts in the net  ?

This is  font issue .. the font you are using as a general font should be a
font that support Arabic ..
you can change the font from KDE Control Center ( kcontrol) from Look N
Feel-&gt;
fonts .. select a font that support Arabic encodings ( the encoding is
iso10646 , which is UTF8)
I suggest that you import Windows fonts, as there is a shortage in fonts
that
have Arabic fonts .. we here at arabeyes are working in filling this gap and
shortage, by providing Arabic TTF fonts that are open and freely available..
