the "very important" why :
As i know QaMoose is uptoday mostly a translator english/arabic than an arabic 
dictionary, that's why adding a complete dict protocol will give the QaMoose 
project its real arabic meaning word.
meaning we can found also description "detailed" in 2 languages, and also 
translation for words.
