As I said before, Pootle also has tools to convert between various formats of translation
files.
I know the guys behind pootle personally and I guess I might meet one or two of them
at Africa Source II. Maybe they can help, Not really sure whether they'll do it for free
or not, his is something beyond my knowledge.
