If you don't know how to use Wiki, well, you _have_ to learn ;) As Abdulaziz 
said, it's a 5 minutes thing. Just read quickly the infos on the 'adequate' 
pages. I could have appended the page myself, but you'll need use Wiki 
anyway. So you better start now.

We need this plan there so we can add our comments if any. Once it's approved, 
it'll be moved to http://wiki.arabeyes.org/QAC under 'Work Method'.

PS: Using emails to 'agree' on things is becoming very difficult to follow. 
Please let's stick to using wiki for such important exchanges (above all 
those that can generate a lot of traffic ;) It's is the same for the 
'lingual' thread.
