shadow debconf templates (2nd stage)
all -installer packages (start with yaboot)
As you may see, what we call 2nd stage is sometimes artificial and not
always related to priority. I prefer having the shadow templates
translated (those asking for the root password) than the clumsy
netdevice templates (Ethernet cards for s390).
