there are many repeated strings.

originaly drupal provided a single pot file to cover the whole project,
but to facilitate the work of multiple translators I split the the pot
file to multiple po files according to which source code files they
cover.

each string has a comment above it that states which source code files
its included in, the policy is translate a string if the file you're
editing is the first filename in the comment.

it is my task to then merge the translations and resolve redundancy.

not perfect but hopefully it will make for faster translation (eglug
needs it translated ASAP)
