I'm not sure if anything has taken shape with regard to QAC.  At the meeting
a couple of weeks back a number of people agreed and committed to start looking
at the uploaded file to start making progress on that front - since then I have
not seen any commits and/or any discussion about this topic - why ?

Hope this picks up soon and gets rolling (its taken WAY too long for this to
happen).
