Re: OT: Where is the kdeedu in Mandrake 9.1

Salam,

I have no idea why kdeedu is not in mdk 9.1. And this seems rather strange to me... Did you look in your 'Mandrake Control Center' for installed software ? Since it is shipped with KDE 3.1 I don't know why kdeedu would be missing. Maybe they are limiting their ISO downloadable CD's to a certain size, and if you want mdk9.1 with kdeedu you need to buy the package with all the cds ;-) Did you download it from their site ?

Anyway, if you want to install it, you can checkout the module directly from KDE's CVS or check modules one by one. Take a look at: http://edu.kde.org/

Could you please give example about the issue you are facing, ie: filename and string number ?

Thanks,

Youcef.

Since you didn't understand the question, you should understand the point.
Sometimes when you open a .po file to translate, you will be faced with
letters or words which you cannot translate out of its context. In other
words you need to know where does the letter 'c' appeared in the original
program before you do the translation. If you don't have the app, you can't.
Can you tell me now why kdeedu dissappeared from Mandrake 9.1 ;-)
