In other words Mustafa, you really need to read those things. We've
been asked all these questions - how does this work and how do I do
this, etc and the 2 links noted are there to help _you_

Asking the same questions that are noted within those help files is
a waste of everyone's time and so you are kindly asked again to look
them over and read them carefully.

Well, take your time reading them then. Once read you should get the
hang of what needs.

I suggest you read the HOWTOs/FAQ/etc carefully - we don't want to hunt
down problems due to insufficient info/knowledge of the process. I also
___highly___ (this is almost mandatory) recommend that all new people
should have their work reviewed by someone prior to checkin. In other
words, Mustafa if you are ready to translate, go ahead and do so, but
instead of committing your changes mail your first attempts to Ahmad
Al-R. for him to review :-)

It would be best not to step on each others feet. Ahmad what you've been
doing of late is perfect - you commit nightly and you tell all what you
are working on and what you are about to embark upon (ie. communication
is key to organization). I suggest that Mustafa (again if ready) could
start with the letter Y and work his way upwards until you guys meet in
the middle (ie. Y, X, W, V, etc) unless some of the previously committed
people re-show.

Again, since you guys will be doing most of the work - you should have
the decision on how best to proceed; we're here simply to help facilitate
things.

Salam.

 - Nadim
