Salam, This subject has come up on several occasions and no one seems to want to take the leading role in putting such a document together. So, I decided to start it. The document will be written in English and will hopefully be translated soon after. I will start going through all the Arabeyes mailing-list archives (which by now has just about every answer there is on the subject) and put as much of it together in an organized way.
