WinCVS proxy problem

Dear All,
I'm now connecting to the net via another ISP that I
used before, & since I live in Saudi Arabia all ISPs
use proxies. My problem is that I set WinCVS to use
the address of the proxy of my new ISP, but the
command 'cvs update' fails & it tells me that it can't
connect to the proxy of my *OLD* ISP. What can I do?
P.S.: You guys are really doing a great job, keep it
up ;)
