Maybe somebody can contact the website publishers and convince them to verify their html? It's tagged as windows 1256 but I don't think it is - doesn't work (under any encoding) on Mozilla on Mac OSX. (al-jazeera, tagged as windows-1256, works fine, as do most Arabic websites).
