i already done with that,,,,
i just did it without any partition program.. i added the partition, and the installer told me that i may have a problem,,, but thanx god it worked fine even without the boot disk,,, it works great, and i'll buy a new fax modem since my modem is win-modem... since then i'll be busy with exploring Linux... i'll start translating soon,,,

Long time no see :)
Well, the problem you're facing with RedHat is a known
bug.
Since RedHat doesn't support LBA to be compatible with
old BIOSes so you must install Linux so that the first
sector of its partition isn't after 8GB so you can't
solve this solution except in these ways:
1-Download another Distro that supports LBA (e.g :
Linux-Mandrake)
2-Use a 3rd party Windows Partitioning program (e.g:
Partiton Magic, System Commander, Partition It....etc)
