if we where to find any method by which one can download arabbix core
files and add few files beside them to get a new customized and branded
distro without even needing to unpack the arabbix files that would be
great yes.

at the moment only morphix and apparently the linux-live scripts do
that, morphix scripts are tied to the morphix base which I'm worried is
moving too slowly.

if you find a distro that took over the morphix scripts then yes it
would be a good candidate.

or we can look deeper in the linux-live thing, and use any distro under
it, this will involve more work though.

IMO the more work it involves the less sustainable the project will be.
